We could tell you we do clean window replacements and precise door installs. But words are cheap. What’s not cheap is seeing a 1960s wood window that had swollen shut in Fresno’s summer heat come out cleanly, and a new PGT vinyl unit go in its place with trim so tight you’d think it was original to the house. That’s the difference between a sales pitch and a finished job. The transformations below show what actually happens when crews follow the C.A.R.E. values on every visit, from the first measurement to the photo of the clean-up before the crew leaves. This is the work, not the brochure.

Single-Pane Aluminum to Vinyl Replacement in Woodward Park

The problem: three west-facing bedroom windows with original aluminum frames from the 1980s. In Woodward Park, the afternoon sun beats directly into those rooms from about 3pm until sunset, and the old frames transferred heat straight through the glass and the metal. The homeowners had blackout curtains closed half the year. We pulled the old units, repaired the rough openings, and installed PGT vinyl windows with low-E glass. The rooms now hold temperature without the curtains, and the trim matched the existing interior casing so the upgrade doesn’t look like an afterthought.
Total job: three openings replaced in one day, with drop cloths laid across the bedroom carpet and a photo of the clean-up sent before the crew pulled out of the driveway.
Failed Seals on South-Facing Windows in Clovis

Fogged glass is one of the most common calls we get in the Fresno-Clovis area. The problem: argon gas escapes through a failed seal, moisture gets in, and the window looks permanently dirty from the inside. This home had four south-facing picture windows with exactly that issue, and it had been getting worse for two years. We measured the existing frames and ordered matched ES Windows insulated glass units. The result: clear sightlines again, and the homeowners stopped noticing the windows entirely, which is what you want.
One thing we call out every time: if the seal has failed once, the glazing pocket and spacer condition matter. We inspect both before ordering the replacement, because a new unit in a compromised frame will fog again in three years.
Rotted Wood Sill and Frame Repair in the Tower District

The Tower District has some of the most character-rich homes in Fresno, and some of the oldest window frames. The problem here: a garden-facing window with a wood sill that had been quietly rotting for years, accelerated by sprinkler spray hitting the base of the wall. The homeowners thought they needed just the glass replaced. The frame was too far gone. We removed the rotted sections, treated the surrounding structure, and installed a Therma-Tru wood-zone window with composite components where moisture contact had been the issue. The exterior trim was painted to match the home, and the interior stain work matched the original wood tones so the room kept its historic feel.
This job is exactly why we write the price before any work starts. A “just the glass” estimate would have been wrong the moment we opened the wall. We’d rather show you the frame condition, explain the actual scope, and hand you a written number you can think about.
Warped Front Door Replaced in Sunnyside

A front door that doesn’t close without a shoulder shove is more than annoying. In Sunnyside, we found a wood slab door that had absorbed enough summer moisture and winter dry air to warp permanently. The lock worked, but the door didn’t sit flush, and the gap at the bottom was letting hot air in during July. We replaced it with a Therma-Tru fiberglass entry door, properly hung on a reinforced frame with new weatherstripping and threshold. The result: the door swings shut with one finger, the gap is gone, and the home’s front entry doesn’t look like it’s fighting itself.
Doors like this never fix themselves. Once a wood slab is warped past a certain point, sanding and planing just move the problem to the hinge side. The replacement is the repair.
Patio Sliding Door to French Door Conversion in North Fresno

The problem: an aluminum patio slider from the 1990s that had come off its track three times in two years. The rollers were shot, the track was bent, and the homeowners were done fighting it. We removed the slider, reframed the opening for a wider footprint, and installed a ViewLux French door set with a clear opening that actually matches how the family uses their backyard. The result: no more track to clean, no more rollers to fail, and an opening that feels like a real room transition instead of a tug-of-war.
This is a structural change, not a glass swap. The header had to be confirmed, the opening reframed, and the new threshold tied into the existing slab. We pulled permits, scheduled the inspection, and the homeowners got a written price covering the whole scope before the old slider came out.
Noise Reduction Windows on a Busy Street in McLane

Homes on busy street corners in McLane know the drill: traffic noise starts before 6am and doesn’t stop until late. The problem: single-pane windows that did almost nothing to block sound. We installed a mix of CGI and CWS units with laminated glass, which is the single best material change for cutting mid-frequency traffic noise. The result: the street is still outside, but it no longer sounds like it’s in the living room. The homeowners noticed it first in the morning, when they could hear their coffee maker instead of a delivery truck.
We’re not going to promise “soundproof.” No window is soundproof. But laminated glass in a properly sealed frame cuts the harsh edge of traffic and siren noise more than most people expect, and it’s a honest, measurable difference.
